Terms and Conditions

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• A 3 night minimum booking is required for either cabin
• A refundable deposit, equal to the rate for 3 nights, is required to hold a reservation
• 100% refund if you cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival date
• 50% refund if you cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival date
• Deposits are not refindable if you cancel withing 7 days or arrival date
• Remaining monies owed for the balance of the stay are due 7 days prior to arrival date.

HOUSE RULES

• Check In after 4:00pm
• Check Out before 11:00am
• Minimum age to rent: 21yrs old
• Children Allowed
• Pets Allowed 
• No Events Allowed
• No Smoking Allowed inside the cabins, outdoor ashtrays are provided  

DAMAGE

• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
